Director of Business Development & Marketing
Kristo fosters strategic and mutually beneficial connections and relationships for Shelter and its leaders, professionals, clients and business partners. He brings our firm more than two decades of professional services business development expertise, along with experience as an RFP guru and a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion — helping businesses move from lip-service to action.
Kristo earned a degree in speech and theater from St. Olaf College and currently gigs as a voice actor and video editor. The proud parent of three open-champion Irish dancers, Kristo also works as stage manager for music and dance productions at the Celtic Junction Arts Center in St. Paul.
