This second iteration of the “kit of parts” created by Greg and Kurt for Fun Biz Concessions also utilizes components used at The Hangar (MN State Fair). The Texas configuration adds VIP suites and customer service stations. All of the units were further rearranged and used in a completely different configuration at the Cheyenne Rodeo in summer 2021.
