A women’s health clinic needed to expand their operations for an esteemed OBGYN doctor. Located in a first-ring suburb on a high traffic thoroughfare, the site needed to maximize both parking and square footage. We negotiated a shared parking agreement with the neighboring proprietors to provide adequate parking for patients and comply with city parking regulations. The existing building’s facade was redesigned and updated for increased curb appeal. The expansion adds 9 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, and a conference room. The site is abundantly landscaped with native Minnesota plants.
