We reworked an undersized house for a sustainably-minded family of five. After bringing the house down to its studs, we opened up the main level, added a stair column, raised a shed dormer at the center of the roof, expanded the upstairs quarters, and built out front and side porches.

We reworked an undersized house for a sustainably-minded family of five. After bringing the house down to its studs, we opened up the main level, added a stair column, raised a shed dormer at the center of the roof, expanded the upstairs quarters, and built out front and side porches.
Updated exterior materials elevated the aesthetic of the house from the street. The renovated home is now not only roomier, but has a striking curb appeal that fits with the scale and style of its traditional St. Paul. neighborhood.
